We use PRINCE 2 program as our preferred methodology. Our leadership competencies are exercised alongside technical competencies creating projects with better scheduling standards for technical work.
Sustainability Consulting
Strategic sustainability consulting provides our clients with the tools and expertise they need to actively manage their social and environmental impacts during construction. We specialize in helping organizations adopt sustainable solutions during design phases usually targeting PROCEL and LEED accreditations.
Real State Investor Advisory
Our real state advisory practices encompasses a macro review of the market in which the asset is located and a micro review of all key elements of the asset such as: building or site physical and environmental condition, building or site operating cost history and recovery history for both operations and capital costs, building layout, stacking and leasing flexibility, tenant expiry profile, tenant rights, tenant financial condition and local regulations requirements.
